Goodnews to everyone in the travel industry!
Trip Advisor, the world’s biggest site for getting information related to travels has aimed to launch a new website and become a social network.
The company claims it’ll make the platform the most personalised and connected travel community in the world.
Currently, travellers leave reviews about their trips on trip advisor but the new website do beyond that. Travelers will now be able to connect and follow travel content creators.
Publishers such as; National Geographic, Condé Nast Traveler, the Travel Channel, Business Insider and Insider Guides, PopSugar, Great Big Story (CNN Travel), Pandora Music, GoPro, Goop, NYC & Company Nashville Music City, and The Knot as well as social media influencers and brands will be included in the expansion of the new community.
The Vice President of National Geographic, Chris Thorman, said they are excited to be a part of the expansion.
“We’re excited to be among the first publishers to join the new TripAdvisor, further expanding our travel footprint. As a global media company, we’re always seeking new opportunities to share our awe-inspiring articles, photos and video content, and a partnership with TripAdvisor allows us to do just that.”
Trip Advisor is our best travel tool and we are so excited and ready to welcome this development.
