Just when we are trying to get over the killing of the poor elephant in Ondo state, another proud fisherman who killed a dolphin emerged.

The poor dolphin was killed by a man in Ibeno Local government of Akwa Ibom State. In pictures, he was even playing on the lifeless body of the animal (so sad).

Many Nigerians are so angry with the ignorant fisherman over the killing of the animal and some of them expressed their anger in the comment section on Nairaland.com.

As report has it, the fisherman might end up being in trouble as many Nigerians have called for his arrest.

These killings have to stop. We need to keep our voices high till these people know the importance of these endangered animals.

Can this act of killing endangered animals ever stop in Nigeria? What can we do as Nigerians to stop this barbaric behaviour?
