The Minister of immigration, refugees and citizenship, Ahmed Hussen, who moved to Canada from Somalia in the early 90s at 16 years, said in his report that the immigrants coming in to the country will help the country to offset the current challenges faced with the country; “will an aging population and declining birth rate.”
