Two Nigerian Air Force Aircrafts Crash in Abuja

Two of Nigerian Air Force aircrafts crashed at Mpape district, a hilly suburb, adjacent to Maitama district earlier today.

The incident occurred when the force’s aircrafts were rehearsing for the nation’s Independence Day event happening on Monday.

While confirming the incident to Daily Post, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola, the Director of Public Relations and Information said,

”I wish to confirm an air incident involving 2 Nigerian Air Force aircraft taking part in the rehearsals for the 58th Independence Day Celebrations. Thankfully no lives were lost.”
