Ambassador of Ecuador to Nigeria, Deopoldo Rovayo paid a courtesy visit to the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign affairs, Olakunle Bamgbose in Abuja. During his visit, he divulged that Nigeria and his country have concluded on visa free movement for Nigerians. The aim of the agreement is to strengthen the relationship between the two nations.

According to Amb. Rovayo, the agreement on Visa free was to establish a strong relationship between his country and Nigeria. Consequently, it will allow easy entrance to the country without having to go through the stress of applying for a visa. Currently, the number of Nigerians living in Ecuadomr is rising. Once the two nations implement the visa free agreement, the number of Nigerians living there will continue to rise.
