Traveling by air for long hours can be stressful to your body. It can cause tightness of the muscles, clotting of the blood etc which may end up causing some medical problems. To avoid these problems after your long haul flight, it is important to stay active while in the air.
Performing some simple in-flight exercises will help reduce inactivity which may result to complications. Check some simple exercises you can perform when next you are flying for a long time.
You can also move around if performing exercises is not really your thing (moving around is still part of exercises anyway). Moving around can help you reduce body stress because when you move around, your endorphins increase and this helps you feel energised.
